This page is designed to help us debug issues you may face. It runs a series of tests to check the connection, IP address, and other details.

How to use:

Step 1: Click "Run General Diagnostics" button.
Step 2: Click "Upload File Test". This will a open a form to upload a file. Please upload a file to test the upload functionality. You can close it once upload is complete.
Step 3: Once tests are completed, Click "Download Results" button to download the results.
Step 4: Please email the results to Support along with your account ID/email.
